Relations Between Globalization and International Economy

Globalization is about the many differences view. That was a technological advancement that causes people to experience a significant progress. Ranging from people who are already getting to know foreign cultures, Began to increase of the level of foreign language and people also started thinking far sighted. Many kinds of terms of trade, the state relations, and many more. Globalization itself also many different views between the pros and cons of globalization. So great was the influence of globalization, the debates are presented Hyperglobalist thesis, Sceptical Thesis and Transformationalist Thesis.
Hyperglobalist thesis approach defines globalization as a new era of human history in the which the nation state has Become an unnatural state, even a business unit might in the global economy (Held, 1999). But the Sceptical diferent with hyperglobalist Because they speak the extend that contemporary globalization is too Exaggeration. Opinions on globalization by the hyperglobalizers Considered less precise and are not in the power of national Governments to Regulate the larger scope of the international economy (Held, 1999). But the next is where the thesis transformasionalist assessing contemporary globalization as something new and's unprecedented. Proponents of this transformasionalist have a belief that globalization is taking place today puts back the power, functionality and power of the national government.
In the context of globalization are also many things that are very strong in terms of the global economy are international trade and global trade. The difference is that international trade comprises only 2 countries, the global trade and more to the relationship of various countries are interconnected. And the trade itself is also divided into free trade and fair trade that includes internationalization. We know that free trade is a trade that is free where the production of goods can be sold to various countries such example is items from china who Began to occupy almost all parts of the world, Including Indonesia. Fair trade is an approach to business and development based on dialogue, transparency and respect that seeks to create greater equity in the international trading system.
After the second world war, the economic system began to experience a crisis that makes politicians start thinking about the country's economic level than a fighting force. because the state felt that the United States began to fall as a result of their economic world war 2. Market and economic production in some countries become interdependent as a result of the growth of international trade, increasing influence of multinational companies, and the domination of the world trade organization of the World Trade Organization (WTO) is the basis on which globalization itself is very influential in the world economy. That where a country is related to trade from one country to another.
